Shockingly unprofessional for a company that claims they’re built on care. Elder care companies like this toot their own horn and leave the employees on the frontlines to carry the burdens of being understaffed and underpaid.

They are a very impressive team. Kellie Kellie Is very efficient and caring and keeps everything running smoothly. She is excellent in matching people. The person she has coming to help my husband take a bath (Steven) was a perfect match. My husband opened up to him immediately and he doesn’t do that often. Venesa, the nurse, is very intelligent and very articulate. She gives very valuable and understandable advice on whatever we present her with. The help and direction she gave us on the blood sugar sensor my husband wears we use every day. It really helps me plan what to do for him. Steven is our regular person that comes every week to help my husband take a bath and help with others things we might need help with. My husband, Jim, said Steven has been a Godsend for him. He hadn’t had a shower in months because he couldn’t do it by himself and I couldn’t help him. My husband says Steve does things he can do like bending. washing his back, and all the things need to keep him safe. It’s like a different world for me Jim said. I feel clean and rejuvenated. Jim also said that Steve is a great conversationalist and one of the few people he can talk to now. I haven’t had that in a very long time. Steve is eager and gracious about helping with the little things that are big things for us. Jim is almost blind and drops his iPad. Steve repaired the stand one time and put the new on the second time. The iPad is the only thing Jim can see now, so it is a critical thing to have fixed. Steve cleaned his hearing aids so he could hear again with them. He’s done things like change the high lightbulbs that I can’t get to. The list goes on and on with what he has helped us with.
