I've been using this pharmacy for the past 3 years after moving to the area. I thought it would be great since it is near my new home and the Safeway pharmacy in Boulder that I had been using was excellent and extremely helpful. I thought I would have the same experience at this pharmacy. I had a good experience with this pharmacy at first but then I noticed a shift in the pharmacist's and staff's attitude and they have become progressively rude, impatient, and condescending when I have questions about my prescriptions, and just a rude and uppity attitude in general. It's like they hate thier job. I have honestly begun to dread coming to this pharmacy to pick up my meds because I leave there feeling like I'm a pain in thier butt. This has started to bother me so I decided to read some of the reviews. The poor experiences others have reported aren't surprising to me at all. I'm seriously thinking about transferring all of my meds to a different pharmacy just so I don't have to feel like I'm going to pick up my medications with my tail between my legs and having to tolerate the poor attitude from the staff here. Disappointed.

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to grab some medication that was prescribed from my pulmonologist. I was in crisis and needed some breathing medication. There was a customer at the counter that they were helping. I got in line and they looked up at me and said we close three minutes ago I said please can I just get my medication I’m having trouble breathing she said of course you can tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock when we open back up, and then shut up the cage in my face. The pharmacist was out the door before I could turn around and go down the aisle to go out to my car This pharmacy up here on Hover Has gone to hell in a handbasket since Zachary Davis and Preston left. This is exactly why I don’t ever have my medication sent here. It’s closer to my house, but the pharmacist at this Safeway has no empathy for anybody. She sucks. I’m sorry, but anybody in the medical profession should have more empathy than that especially when you see an elder struggling to breathe. I will never have another prescription sent here. I will take the extra mile and go down to the south Safeway for everything my pharmacy my groceries everything.

Someone very ill comes into your pharmacy just as you are closing asks to get their prescription and you say Sorry we’ve been closed for 3 minutes. She proceeds to ask to get her prednisone because she’s having difficulty breathing and you say sure you can get it at 10 am tomorrow when we open . Most pharmacies would have said I can give you a couple to get you through tonight but you’ll have to pick up your full prescription at 10 AM in the morning. I grew up in Longmont still have friends and relatives there. Every chance I get to tell someone about how this woman treated a very very ill woman that needed this medication badly you bet I am going to do it. What you did to my sister today is absolutely ridiculous..Reading the comments and reviews I see my sister wasn’t the only person that has been treated with disrespect and rudeness by the pharmacist and assistant.

I was having trouble with Walgreens pharmacy getting current medicine. So I called this Safeway and on the phone they were really nice. So I jumped through a bunch of hoops getting everything transferred to this store.. I'm telling you and everyone I know that was the worst thing I ever did. 6 weeks trying to get one refill with through them ..so here's the the scary thing I was told that this medicine can't be taken after 28 days or ill get a blood infection. This pharmacy is telling me I can keep taken it for 67 days. I literally called every pharmacy around plus 2 different Safeway pharmacies and they all told me that I can't do what she's telling me I can really get sick from a infection. I believe after all of what I'm going through and them being so rude and not listening to me or answering my questions this pharmacy should be sued and the pharmacist should be fired. I tried and tried to work this out and no one there cares enough about their customers health
