I told upper management (I believe her name was Diane), about this issue- as they received my refill request this morning & it is in stock, but they will not pick up the phone for me w/o transferring me to a different dept. I’ve spent 30+ mins this afternoon just trying to contact the pharmacy bc I need my meds today?!! The day I always refill.
