  They are overly busy and can't keep up. Twice I have had time sensitive prescriptions that I have to wait a day or more. Cannot recommend

  Leslie in the Pharmacy is amazing! She has helped me on numerous occasions with my prescription questions, including issues I’ve had with insurance. Leslie breaks everything down for me so that I understand the situation while giving me solid advice on how to proceed with insurance or what questions I should ask my carrier. Leslie is a very caring, charismatic, and knowledgeable!

  Terrible pharmacy. Took hours to get my script which should of took 30 and mutiple calls and trips back and forth to pharmacy to finally get it. Go anywhere else

  For the past 4 months the pharmacist has refused to help me get my prescriptions filled. Every month, no matter what I do on my end, they find a new way to be inconsistent and incompetent. They have Zero oversight at any level and can get away with treating people however they feel like in the moment. I was just told there was nothing they can do and was offered 3 days worth of a 30 day prescription that was called in 5 days ago. I was told that she had a line and I needed to go somewhere else because helping me fill my prescription is not her job. Lucia’s boss wouldn’t even look me in the eye while telling me she did nothing wrong. I am shocked, appalled and horrified at the signature service they pride themselves on here. Never send a prescription here.
