My experience with Safeway pharmacy has been outstanding due to the kindest, caring staff. My prescription refills are processed efficiently and expediently. The messaging in the app is really helpful to know when prescriptions are in process or filled. The last few times, the pharmacist and staff have filled and processed the refills right away when I called to ask if it was possible to get them sooner. I appreciate the staff here immensely as they truly seem to care even though they are really busy.

First and last time using the pharmacy. I came to pick up my prescription, after it was called in the previous morning, and was told to come back later because they didn't have my prescription in stock. An hour later, I got a call from Safeway that my prescription was ready for pickup. When I went to go pick it up, I was told they were still waiting on the shipment and to come back later. This is incredibly frustrating. Having to come back three times despite being notified it was ready is disappointing and a huge waste of time that I dont have. Unfortunately, other reviews of unreliable notifications of order status are my experience as well. Will not go back. The techs are nice but are limited in what they can do.

I've only been to this location twice but they have extremely terrible service . I understand everyone is understaffed my job is too , but the way you get treated is unacceptable. As I stood in line for 40 minutes I saw patient after patient get frustrated because the staff was incredibly rude . The pharmacist is very rude and literally was cold to each patient she talked to . I also stood in line for 40 minutes to be told they don't take my insurance , I have never had an issue with uhc at any other location in the past .
