Had an appt scheduled for 10:30. Showed up to my appointment and the door was locked. Several others were waiting due to the same reason, no sign on the door and zero communications made that they were not going to be open. Super inconvenient as this is over a 30 min drive. Last appt, only one phlebotomist was working and they were over two hours behind. Showed up for my 9:30am appt and didn’t get my blood draw until 11am. Unfortunately always encountering a problem here.

Places says it closes at 12pm on Saturday and the first location I went to was under construction and said to come to this location. I got here and the sign on the door says closes at 12pm it is 10am and the door is locked and no one is answering. I had an appointment and everything like how does this even happen?? Multiple people have shown up in the last few minutes having the same problem as well. What a scam!

Showed up 30 minutes early for appointment, 6 other people waiting ahead of me. Doors locked, nobody home.

The phlebotomist was very personable, knowledgeable, competent, and did a great job. Minimal to no bleeding or bruising. However she was going to have a trainee do the procedure on me and WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME! I refused. Seems almost every time I come in you are palming off another trainee and after a couple of botched visits I now refuse every time. In this case the I appeared to be the trainee’s first patient on her first day of training. She was oblivious to basic computer log in and test setup process so I assume the same would go for her blood draw attempts. I am 82, on warfarin and have frequent draws so I requested the small butterfly needle and a tight wrap afterwards. Your use of lousy masking tape that has little adhesive is a joke. Maybe it’s time for me to switch to LabCorp since Quest has begun m using its patients as Guinea pigs.
