  Update: first off your response to my review is more evidence of your inept business. Your response indicates I left a positive review. THAT IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH! I still have not heard back from the office or manager regarding my incorrect order. I had my appt Feb 2 and here we are March 17 and I still do not have my correct glasses. I will now be forced to go to the store bc nobody ever answers the phone. I sure hope this great manager I’ve read about in other comments is there. I need to find a other optometrist bc this place is a disappointment. I have been coming to this Target Optical for years. Dr Munro has been great to work with all these years. I’m not sure what is going on with the rest of the office. I had an exam early Feb and ordered 3 sets of lenses with my new prescription. I love my frames so I just wanted to replace the lenses and I was told that wasn’t a problem. I never got a call they were all on. It’s impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and the voicemail is always full. I stopped in to see if my complete order was ready to pick up only to find out they ordered all new frames and lenses and the prescriptions were wrong. I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed beyond belief. I’m wondering if I should just cancel my whole order and change offices now. I cannot believe how disorganized and poorly managed this office is.

  This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been in. I gave in my glasses over 2 weeks ago to get them prescribed. They said it will take 1-2 weeks, we went today and they said another week; that’s almost a month without my vision glasses that I read, drive and use my laptop with. Horrible service, worst in town, go anywhere but here.

  Don't get your glasses made at this place, at least not in Lone Tree Target. Terrible customer service. I visited the location three times to pick up my glasses after the due date and nothing. I called several times after the third time, when they told me they would be ready, they put it on hold, and never answered the phone. When my glasses were finally ready, guess what?! Nobody called me, I had to call and they said "Oh, your glasses are ready!" What is this?! Unacceptable almost two months later.

  I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I AM ONLY GIVING 3 STARS. AT FIRST I ACTUALLY LOVED THIS LOCATION, HOWEVER, I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL WHEN MY GLASSES HAD ARRIVED AND I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BOTH TIMES. ALSO, RICHARD WAS SUPPOSED TO GET WITH ME TWICE AND NEVER CALLED BACK. I AM THE ONE THAT HAD TO CALL AND EVERY TIME I DID CALL HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE OR GONE AND THEY WOULD TELL ME THEY WOULD HAVE HIM CALL ME BACK AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALLED. BEING A MANAGER YOU WOULD EXPECT BETTER SERVICE. I AM NOW GOING TO TARGET OPTICAL IN HIGHLANDS RANCH ON Sergeant Jon Stiles Dr AND HAVE BEEN IN CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION WITH THEM AND THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. I HAVE AN EXAM SCHEDULED WHICH WAS RECOMMENDED BY DR LE AND SO FAR VERY PLEASED.

  Quite possibly the most incompetent experience I have ever had. 1. They called to verify my insurance and failed to tell me they were out of network. So naturally it cost me a lot more $$ 2. They said they were ordering me some trial contacts to test out before ordering new contact lenses. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing. 3. Richard tells me he will get me some of my current prescription to hold me over. No one ever calls to tell me they have them. Then when I call them I’m told to come pick up tomorrow. I get there and there are 2. pairs of contacts separate and a box of contacts. When I get home I realize the box is only my right eye. Couldn’t even get me a weeks worth. 3. Then I sit on hold for 15 min when I call to try and find out if my trials have come in (because no one ever has called like they said they would). No one picks up and I get hung up on. Call back to “voicemail box is full” recordings. DON’T GO HERE.
