I asked if she could rush an order but due to the holidays that wasn’t going to work. I understood. But after placing my order she went in the back and worked magic on my old glasses that were not purchased at LensCrafters by the way. She fixed the mangled sides and wrapped them so they did not hurt due to the sharp teeth marks from the dog. Truly a life saver. She has gained a customer for life. Customer service like this is so rare these days! Thank you so much!
