I started Pilates as a beginner 3 months ago and absolutely LOVE this studio and instructors! They are very welcoming and it is a great workout focusing on strength, flexibility, and stability.

I started out at this studio in Jan. 2024. It has been a great experience. I go once a week, because I also weight train, swim, walk, bike, etc. Pilates has helped me out so much with all of my other activities. The breathing practice has energized all of my activities immensely; especially swimming. I have never been disappointed or felt like the Instructors didn’t do a great job. The workouts are always different, to keep our bodies working & progressing. A few months ago, I had a total knee replacement. Before the surgery, Donielle helped me prepare, and when I returned to class, she was great at helping me to move forward in my recovery. She is amazing & always so clear, helpful, kind, energetic, with a great sense of humor.
Thank You Donielle!

I'm not new to fitness classes but new to pilates using a reformer. I was really excited to try the free intro class but my experience wasn't great. They wrote our names on the mirrors so the instructor could direct us and the instructor proceeded to look at them and say something like: oh good, the names today are easy to pronounce! Maybe she didn't mean anything by it, but it didn't make the place feel welcoming for everyone.
The workout was just a taste of the different exercises and equipment and I found it pretty easy. However, at one point I hung up the bands because we were in between movements and my shoulders were pinched. The instructor, Donielle, then looked at me and said "this is like Simon Says, if the instructor doesn't say put the bands down, don't do it." Listen, I'm a grown woman and I will do what is best for my body. Don't talk to me like a toddler. Once the 30 minutes was up, we all got a speech about memberships and the women at the front desk looked legitimately annoyed that people had questions. The classes sound great, but based on the staff, I won't return to this location.
