  Top notch clinic!!! Receptionist at front desk was thorough with paperwork. Essence was superb with getting my mom ready for her appointment. She checked vitals and was very friendly. Dr. DeFrancisco was kind and excellent in his review of medical records. He ordered X-rays and blood work that was done in the office and he thoroughly explained next steps. Katlynn was perfect at drawing blood, and Kat took great care of my mom with X-rays. It is clear this clinic is very professional and knowledgeable and it is exceptional how everyone treated my mom with kindness and respect. The human connection side of this clinic clearly stands out!

  From the front line staff, to Erica, the nurse, Dr. Kim Tyler and the thromboembolist, everyone was patient, professional and offered detailed educational explanations when asked. Thank you for a top-notch experience!

  Everyone always pleasant, helpful and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Berlinberg really listens and investigates into the problem—a collegial feeling that I appreciate as a retired nurse.

  I immensely recomend Denver Arthritis Clinic because they really do care, no joke! Dr. Berlinberg & all the nurses are amazing & they all hear me w/ compassion & clear communication. I feeel truly blessed to be taken care of by them all. Dr Berlingberg really listens & thinks about the future I will live. I drive from Colo Springs to Denver & other patients I have talked to drive even farther just to be assured that their lives are in the best hands & minds out there. I wish I would have known about DAC a very long time ago as my pain was beyond the words I could express. I am back to mtn. bike riding & a bit of my kung fu. I suppose I will be running the uphill mtn trails very soon! The care here is amazing. Thank you all so much for bringing me back to life.

  I've been a patient with DAC close to when it first started. I would say the front office staff (Holly, Claudia, and Corrina) is amazing! They're always welcoming when I come in for my appts with either Dr. Gensler and for infusion. The nurses in the infusion center (Debbie, Aliye, and Megan) are terrific people too! They're caring and try their best to make you comfortable during the appt with a chuckle but always with a smile. My RA doctor is Dr. Gensler and not enough can be said about him! He has been my physician for several years and the best things I will say about him is he is responsive, patient, listens carefully, and if there is a concern about my medical treatment, he takes the time to explain and always tries to make suggestions for me to consider. Dr. Gensler always takes into account my thoughts and I know I am very fortunate to feel comfortable with him, the front office, and the nurses that I can honestly tell them how I am doing (feeling). Some dr's offices just check you in & out...that's it. Basically, this office and many at the Denver location (specifically Miguel, Olivia, and Barbara) are "human" and do have "personalities" to try to make the visit as pleasant as possible.
