This place willingly gave my son the wrong medicine for bronchitis. How do you not know, as a doctor, the proper medicine for an illness? I will be calling the medical board on this facility. Do not go here. Spend the extra time and choose a real doctor!

I got here early for an appointment. Was told they would “try and fit me in”. After waiting for an hour and a 1/2 and seeing maybe 3 people get service, the front desk lady turns off the lights and leaves for lunch. No notice nothing. The PA is like it’s not our fault you came early. You think they would tell me they took lunch? Wow.

Well I sure wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time. Clearly this place doesn’t have a clue how to run a business. I took my daughter to the clinic earlier in the day on a walk-in basis to get a Covid test because she had been exposed. I was told that those are handled via appt only & that the next appointment wouldn’t be for about 45 min. OK, no problem, totally understand the need for safety protocols with Covid testing. So we went back to the car to schedule the appointment. I’m not quite certain why the receptionist said there were available appointments within 45 min because the earliest we were able to get was over 3 hours later. I was a little nervous with it being within an hour of closing time for the clinic knowing how busy they appeared to be but we went for it. Big mistake. My daughter showed up to her appt ON TIME but there was a car in the spot dedicated for the clinic. I told her to call it in anyway so they would know she was there. By the time they answered the phone and put her on terminal hold, they said it was too late for the test. WHAT?!?! Seriously what is the point of having an appt if they aren’t going to honor it? Clearly whoever was in the spot took her appt and they were a-ok with that. They never even gave her the option of parking in a different spot. Also- my daughter is 17 years old but apparently they require parental consent for the test even though I’m the one who filled out her info and checked her in as her parent. Would’ve been super great to have that info somewhere on the website. Not that it would’ve mattered since they clearly had no intention of honoring the scheduled appt whether a parent was there or not.

Went in for a throat culture, the lady kept the swab in my nephews throat for 30 seconds plus while he was about to throw up and crying. She then suggested we do another one and I begged her to do it quicker, since the first one was so uncomfortable and unnecessarily long. Never ever has a throat swab been that long, I would not suggest going to the little clinic unless it's for a flu shot.

I went in on a Sunday around 4:30 after calling ahead and being told that I should come in. When I arrived, it was busy and I offered to go to urgent care instead. The woman at the desk insisted that I stay. When I was finally seen by Michelle over an hour later, she was very rude to me, obviously upset that she had to stay later than expected. I get that every one wants to get home, but she was unnecessarily rude, especially when I wasn't feeling well! 3 stars because she accurately diagnosed my ear infection and prescribed antibiotics.
