Damien, one of the technicians, has been rude and dismissive, even saying it’s “just a job.” Another staff member, Tran, I believe is one of the acting as lead pharmacist on several occasions. As Damien stated to make it clear, she’s just a floater of a physician. Character does matter she mocked patients waiting in line after receiving pickup notifications, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. I don’t usually complain, but since I depend on this pharmacy for my medication, I need to feel respected and confident in the care I’m receiving. Unfortunately, this is a pharmacy I must use as I am Active cancer patient receiving treatment. There is another pharmacist who is amazing there loves her job and another great older technician all good reason to keep going.
