  Littleton Family Dental is the perfect name from the moment I walk in I was treated like family! When I say, I’m scared of the dentist, I mean, terrified! 😬 But after meeting the receptionist Becky, Doctor Cason’s team, Kristina the dental hygienist. I felt so at ease, like I made the right choice, I could get the smile I have always dream of without judgment! Becky the receptionist was there for me every time I got scared or thought about canceling my appointment she was there to encourage me! In my opinion she goes above and beyond! All of Littleton Family Dental employees are so professional, have your best interest at heart and want what’s best for you. They encourage you, truly listen to their patients, honestly care and do it with nothing but love! 💕 I never leave reviews but would highly recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. Let’s be really finding a dentist 🦷 is so hard and it can be so terrifying. I can’t say enough about how much care they give! If you’re searching for a dentist and amazing team look no further make that appointment and get that dream smile you deserve! Thank you for giving me my confidence back!   I’ve had three separate negative experiences with this dental office, all due to extremely poor communication and unprofessional management. On multiple occasions, my appointments were canceled without any proper notice. No phone call, no voicemail, no text, and no follow-up. I only found out because I arrived at the office myself the morning of my appointment that took 6 months to get. That is completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Patients schedule dental care around work and family commitments, and the least a practice can do is communicate clearly and responsibly. Having a staff member out is not an excuse for not communicating to clients their appointment has been canceled. What’s even more concerning is the response when this is addressed. The practice manager presents herself with a sweet, charming demeanor, but when concerns are raised, her tone shifts to dismissive and condescending. Instead of taking accountability, she minimizes the issue and makes you feel unreasonable for expecting basic professional courtesy. After three separate incidents, this no longer feels like a mistake, it feels like a pattern. I’m honestly surprised this office maintains high reviews. Reliable communication and respect for patients’ time are fundamental in healthcare, and this practice has repeatedly failed in both areas. I would not recommend this office to anyone who expects professionalism and follow-through.
