So I called this location to have it filled before they close. The lady told me they weren’t able to because my file was locked because the other location had already started it and there was nothing they can do. So I called the bear valley location who was able to fill it tonight with NO ISSUES. So clearly the workers here are either incompetent or lazy… maybe a little of both!!!
