- ANAlisha NeuenschwanderMar 5, 20261.0I took a family member to their therapy session and was very surprised when I walked in. The person they have working at the front desk dresses like she’s going out to party at the club. Not appropriate for an office setting. But then the other staff members are all dressed appropriately. The first person you see and get greeted by should be dressed just as appropriately as your therapist.

She is just a month shy of turning 98 and she has been seeing Jayden for dry-needling and Ben and Nate for PT. They are both so patient and kind with her. The stretching she does in PT does seem to help out and the dry-needling Jayden has been doing she does say has been relieving on her stiffness in her muscles! The front desk staff is always also so kind and helpful they are always so welcoming!

She didn't help she was mor concerned w stating that it's not her, than helping. I have reached out. No help. This place used to be pretty good. Until you need Prior Auth. I called Medicaid. They told me to have them call the PAR line. She didn't and refused to do her job. Now I have a letter from the state saying the reason my PT didn't go thru was because of a technical issue. Again. They didn't call and they dont know how to click the correct boxes... On their paperwork. Thanks for failing the people that need help Ashley and mountain view pain center. If the reason is... COVID and. We have many patients.... That u can't click the right boxes in the office paperwork. I recommend hiring nice and competent staff. We the patients suffer due to your negligence.
