I think if she's going to work in customer service, she should put more effort into her job. Everything was awful; this is the last time I'll go to this establishment.

- SEShawn EatonOct 31, 20231.0This pharmacy is a complete joke. Probably understaffed. Every time we have called we’ve been placed on hold for at least 15 minutes, sometimes an hour. My provider also has informed me that when her office calls they are also on hold for up to an hour. Most recently, I called to ensure that an emergent medication was going to be ready within the hour. Whoever answered the phone said that it could not be filled for 3 days. I unfortunately had to become aggressive on the phone informing that the medication is absolutely needed today. She then “checked the back to see if it was stocked” and suddenly the medication was going to be ready within the hour. Which we still waited 3+ hours for. There is ONE very kind and helpful pharmacist in there. Everyone else seems to be miserable and passes it along to their customers. I highly recommend that nobody use this pharmacy. They need investigated and shut down. This makes me and my family also not want to even shop at King Soopers for groceries anymore. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

I came in around 8:30pm (they close at 9pm) to get a prescription filled for my dog, and they were so nice and friendly and filled my prescription even though it was almost closing time! Thank you so much!
