  I’ve been a GNC customer for years evidently my subscription was cancelled due to GNC no longer carrying the product. My issue is GNC chooser to use fedex to deliver this product one last time into an apartment complex drop box which is perfectly fine if you communicate which drop box In the apartment it was dropped in and a code is required to be able to accept the locker. I contacted GNC customer service multiple times about this issue in which they continue to tell me it’s delivered with pictures of it in the locker. I contacted FedEx to see if I could obtain the locker code in which they communicated that only the sender GNC could contact FedEx to get that information. I’ve contacted GNC 2 more times communicating what was needed and I get a response back the package was delivered(which I understand) with a picture of the item in the drop box that I cannot get to for over a month. I understand I’m only 1 customer and it’s only $42.21 but I had this subscription for 2 years and been a customer for 40 years. It stops today I’ll take the loss and move on to many other options out there for the simple issue to not be addressed. Disappointed to say the least

  Been by this place three times during "open hours" doors are always locked lights on nobody inside

  Drove out of my way to come to this location to pick up an order only to be greeted by a sign saying they're closed and will be back in an hour.
