The tech that took the retinal scans was pleasant, talkative but never introduced herself. The doctor was great! Introduced herself, explained her exam and then spoke of the results and asked about my needs. The person I spoke to about frames and lenses did not explain anything and entered information arbitrarily using expensive polycarbonate lenses and not offering any other choices. The only choice offered was if I wanted UVR coating. It felt like it was upsell of everything - like buying a car with extended warranty, clear bra, etc. Very mixed emotions about the experience. Not sure I would return.
