  I posted this review to Yelp on January 27, 2024. It's still there. I thought I had publicly posted this review on the same date to Google reviews as well. Instead, it had just been 'saved.' It was never posted publicly. I recently told my coworkers about the disrespectful, surreal, and ridiculous experience my mother and I both had at Aspen Medical Supply earlier this year when she was simply renting a wheel chair. That prompted me to check for and show them the Google review I wrote in January 2024. That's when I realized it was only on Yelp and was never made public on Google reviews. I am ensuring it is made public now. Original review is below: *** This review is from my mother, Stephanie M. I am the daughter who was with her. "I am reporting that I did not have a good experience at Aspen Medical Supply on Saturday, January 20, 2024. I called in advance to order a wheelchair rental. When I went to pick up the wheelchair I was not greeted nicely by the guy at the front desk. I later came to realize he was the store manager. I said hello upon entry and he barely spoke and didn’t make eye contact. He asked me why I was there as he walked away with out acknowledging me. When I told him he asked me where the wheelchair would be left. When I replied he gave me a very sarcastic response which offended me. As I waited for him to complete the paperwork I saw him turn his back to me and take his finger and aim it through his gray pants up to his an*s and dig in his an*s in my presence. I was totally appalled and speechless. He assisted me out to my car with the wheelchair. My daughter was waiting and spoke to him. He mumbled back at her. He put the chair in her trunk. Once she got in the car she mentioned to me that while standing at the side of her car he stuck his finger in his an*s. I told her he did the same thing to me. On the morning of Monday, January 22, 2024 I called to report him and I asked to speak with the manager. He said he was the manager. It was awkward but I proceeded to tell him about his behavior on Saturday and how it offended me and my daughter. He told me “I’m sorry if you felt that way but this is how I am.” He never apologized for his rude and bizarre/unprofessional/offensive behavior. I wanted him to be reprimanded. However, he was the manager so that was not going to happen. I am sharing this for all future customers to be ware."

  Rented a semi-electric hospital bed for an extended stay in Highlands Ranch. Deanna was very helpful in helping to get the right bed for our needs. They delivered to the hotel, set up and picked up when our stay was over. It was set up in the room when we arrived and they picked up the day we checked out. We had absolutley no problems with it. They were flexible and worked to accommodate the dates we needed. We felt the rental rate was very reasonable. Would use them again without hestitation!
