- CPChristina PachecoJul 4, 20254.0Their pharmacy is much better than Kings Soopers. King Soopers was out of my medication a lot and Safeway never is. The staff is much friendlier than King Soopers. There is rarely a wait and I am able to get my prescriptions quickly. I also like their text messages reminders for refills and pickups. *Edit* Ironically, the same day that I posted this review they did not have enough of my medication to fill my prescription and told me that I could only pickup what they had in stock and would have to have my doctor write a new prescription in order for me to get the remainder of the prescription once Safeway gets it in stock. It's a hassle that I just can't get the rest of my prescription when it comes in without having to contact the doctor to write another prescription, but hasn't happened before.
