They worked with me to get my prescription updated for glasses, and the person who helped me (i wish I would have remembered his name but he has black glasses) was fantastic at finding me the exact glasses I was looking for. Would recommend this place to my family and friends!

I wear progressives and bent them something fierce; she made sure to check them before she proceeded explaining the policies and that they might break but assured me if she thought they would she would not proceed. - DBDavid BekerMar 15, 20261.0This is by far the worst place I’ve ever gone for an eye exam. I went in thinking I was just getting a basic eye exam, which should have been free with my insurance. Instead, I walked out with a $112 bill because they decided to run extra tests without clearly explaining the cost beforehand and said I was getting a contact exam. On top of that, trying to get my prescription afterward was a nightmare. They didn’t even save it properly on my profile, and the only way another store could get it was by fax. I ended up wasting an hour just waiting for a fax to go through, which is ridiculous in 2026. Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly handled experience. I will never shop at LensCrafters again, and I definitely won’t recommend anyone go there.
