People of all ages attend, which shows it's super fun! If you're scared go try barre and afraid it's going to be ridiculously hard, try a more low key, slower Align class first
- KSKatie SDec 1, 20255.0I haven’t been as consistent coming to barre classes but it’s a great workout! Who would’ve thought pelvic tucks and micro movements would kick you butt! I am not a dancer or that flexible, and am on the heavier side (usually the biggest in the class which makes me a little self conscious), but the instructors have been so welcoming and helpful in providing modifications and will assist in deeper stretches and if you aren’t doing a movement quite right. Kayla was a great instructor!
