I get there at 5 am to do a workout before work and end with either the beauty angel vibrating platform coupled with sensory light therapy or I hope onto the hydro massage bed or chair before leaving to get ready for work. Staff is super nice and helpful whenever I've asked questions. I asked a lot getting acclimated to new equipment and the new location. Have never had to wait to get on machines.
