The glasses have been on order for over six weeks! I called to check the status two weeks after ordering them (since they were supposed to be in by then) and I was told "they should be in any day". Two weeks later, same rhetoric and promises to call with any changes. Nothing! Customer service 800 number told me they would be in on January 21st. They weren't. No phone call, no update...Now it has been over six weeks and I was told they should come in any day. I had to cancel my order and I will never return.
