I asked her on March 25th if she can use my pharmacy card instead of my insurance. She then told me no because it was cheaper on my insurance. Instead of checking to see if my insurance was cheaper she just assumed that it was. I went back today March 30th to get my refund. Turns out it was a lot cheaper. She shouldn't have fought me. I had to get her manager to help to get my money back. Two shouldn't be giving customers attitude and should cooperate with customers.
