- LHLarissia HallSep 23, 20251.0Wow. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to use. Not only did they fill my prescription but refuse to release it to me. But they gave me an attitude for trying to figure out what's going on and refused to send my prescription to another pharmacy when I requested. Everything they are doing here is illegal, they charge 3 times the amount of every other pharmacy and refuse to release a prescription THAT IS ALREADY FILLED. TIENG IS THE WORST AND GAVE ME A MASSIVE ATTITUDE FOR TRYING TO PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION THAT SAYS READY IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!! Im disgusted by the lack of professionalism and inaccurate record keeping this pharmacy engages in and for wasting an hour of my day just to be so rude towards me im standing at the counter in tears. Whoever is the manager of this department should clean house and maybe the should be fired along with them for allowing employees to berate and be cruel to customers, WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO GET THEIR PRECRIPTION THAT SAYS READY FOR PICKUP!!!!!
