They incorrectly entered my insurance information, and were having trouble with billing as a result. Mary was very impatient and irritated with me when I ask them to double check, rather than paying a huge bill unnecessarily. A pharmacist came over and was able to straighten everything out, but not before Mary became irritated and rude.

My Dr. Office is closed until Monday & I cannot miss a dose of my medication. All I’m asking for is for 3 pills to get me through until I can reach my Dr on Monday & NOPE. This is not pain medication! It’s for my mental health!! I’m so angry & disappointed with the lack of caring here. I will be changing to Walgreens on Monday.
