  I love this core yoga. I have been to a few other studios and this is my favorite. It’s clean and the instructors are amazing

  Nice studio, Robbie is incredible, I’ve also taken Connor’s hot fusion on Friday’s, very fun, clean studio, knowledgeable instructors, def recommend!

  Hands down the worst sculpt class I’ve ever taken here, happened today 🫠 instructor played majority 70/80s disco vibes, which are fine, but are a low BPM for high intensity training…and she never wore a mic, so it was hard to hear. Spot in the front right corner by the outside door WREAKS of cigarettes anytime anyone goes to smoke outside. And a PSA TO THE SHOW OFF IN CLASS…we get it, you’re better at yoga than everyone else, congratulations!! But can you please respect the various learning levels in class?? Not only were you front and center, jumping and running in place literally the entire time, you KEPT CHECKING YOUR PHONE!! You were a physical distraction to the instructor and had the audacity to say I never made eye contact with you 🤣 ya, no kidding! I was trying to focus on instructions, not you doing an hour of burpees straight. If you want to be the center of attention, why don’t you be an instructor?! If not, please be a respectful yogi and move your antics to the back of the class so those who are there to learn actually can, not watch you try and show off 🤗
