  I met my daughter there she’s 28 and has a disability with her service dog to get an x-ray on her pinky cause she fell the day before they did the x-ray. The service was adequate. The next day we went into another place a specialty doctor that works on hands, handed them the CD only to find out it was somebody else’s Xrays That was not my daughters. Do you know how many HIPAA they violated? Disappointed To be In such a hurry to get out of the office to make a mistake like that. Disappointed. M and H

  Efficient, friendly and caring. We don't live in CO, so I wasn't sure how the entire process goes with possible out of network insurance etc. There were no issues at all due to helpful staff and my info even transferred over to the pharmacy without issue. I appreciated the smooth experience, especially when I was feeling so cruddy.

  I had such an amazing experience at AFC Urgent Care in Lakewood, Colorado. The entire staff was friendly, outgoing, kind, and truly made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I’ve honestly never had such great service like I did there. A special thank you to the front desk staff she was the nicest human being ever and answered all of my questions with so much patience and kindness. It’s rare to come across such genuine care and professionalism. Everyone there made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this location! This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a medical office, and I highly recommend this location to anyone needing urgent Care.

  Kristine Thome, PA was thoughtful, present, and concerned. She offered excellent care and patient service. However, she said to "let her know if she could be of further help" and when I called back, intending to discuss my concerns, I was not able to talk with her. The person answering the phone did not allow me to follow up. I am working on getting a primary care physician, but have questions relating to my visit with Kristine. I would have happily paid for the consult but the gatekeeper would not allow it. This was very disappointing after the previously positive experience.

  Really frustrating experience. I was seen with a severe sore throat and sinus congestion. To the point where I have difficultly eating or drinking and I can’t sleep. Was told there is nothing they can prescribe me to help and I just have to ride it out. I find out later if they would have prescribed me the prescription medications they asked me to buy over the counter I could have saved money, I also think it’s ridiculous to not offer any pain relief for my throat when I can’t eat or drink. Just took my money and said “ride it out”. This is why people don’t go to urgent care.
