  I have been trying to maintain some level of professionalism and patience with this HORRIBLE (at best) pharmacy. They often have long lines of people trying to pick up medications and once it's your turn, you're treated like a dog. They are rude and unprofessional. Whenever I call into this place, they pick up the phone and either slam it down and hang up on me or place people on a forever hold and never come back to the phone. I had my inhaler and another medication at this pharmacy. I stopped after work only to find two employees literally dancing around behind the counter; doing leg kicks and when I told them I was there to pick up my refills, they claimed to only have one. After the woman poked around in the computer, she said, "Oh, it just came in. Here's the second one". My doctors office phone it into this pharmacy 3 hours previously! Thinking they could give me a little priority since they messed it up, they then told me 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile, I'm having a major coughing attack at the pharmacy counter wanting to get my inhaler and they wouldn't give it to me for 30-45 minutes! I told them I would come in later or another day and left. Within 5 minutes, they text me telling me it's ready! I know healthcare in general has gotten very bad but this place truly needs to be investigated. They make you feel like they are doing you a HUGE favor to assist you and get your medications. Go to Walgreens!

  This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used! The staff there is so incredibly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I had a prescription filled there, I went to go pick it up once I received the text that it was ready. When I got there, there was a pharmacist gal and I believe her name started with a T and she had dark colored hair. She got the order wrong and told me insurance wouldn’t cover it and to pay $300 or come back tomorrow and that she didn’t have time to help me. I am 7 months pregnant and needed my medication. It was an easy fix but she refused to do it. I went somewhere else and they got it taken care of for me in 10 minutes.

  The starbucks in this location is the worst I have ever been too.
