- AAAziza AsylbekovaNov 1, 20252.0I really enjoyed their yoga classes and the instructors are great, but canceling the membership has been a big headache. They have a one-month cancellation policy, which I respected, but even after agreeing to it they kept charging my card. On top of that, you have to keep texting them to sort things out instead of it being handled smoothly. This is a bad business practice and very disappointing, especially after being a member.
