    The experience of buying glasses from Target was not fun. The service at this location solidified my decision to return my purchase. I received my glasses with a lens popped out. I did my best to replace but was unsure if it was done correctly. Additionally the glasses did not sit well on my face out of the box. I was under the impression that Target would be able to adjust and look at my glasses once I received them. Even the website states "Join us in store for an individualized fitting session with one of our experts to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your new eyewear." When I went to the in-store optical (with my receipt), I was told that I could only receive service if I purchased my glasses in store. I was told that "Target Optical" and "Target Optical Dot Com" were different companies and I needed to reach out to target optical dot com for any fitting, service, or issues. Store would not even look to see if the lens was correctly replaced, much less help me get them fitted.
