  More often than not the pharmacy there does not have enough of a pain medication I have been taking for a few years. I've learned to call before I go to check on availability. Last week the Asian pharmacist said if call again he will flag my account and shut it down. The only reason he have a reason to do that is if I continueually call and ask for my perscription early, which I have never done. I have switched pharmacies. The staff have always been great.

  The little blonde with glasses who is The pharmacy manager. Just told me that she doesn’t know who I spoke to. And that I am a liar. I take medication for migraines. My migraine medication was missing 17 pills in the box. It was sealed in a bag with the receipt and staple to the outside when it was opened up on camera there was only one pill inside so the pharmacist was a temporary pharmacist said a robot did it but he was gonna look into it and look at the cameras will nobody looked at the cameras at their pharmacy only the packing center. And my pills are missing. Nobody knows who’s responsible and I will never do business with the king Soopers pharmacy again. They are crooks and somebody stole my medication and charged me for it. They’ve got a bunch of young kids running around this pharmacy all under the age of 45 aside from the Asian pharmacist who doesn’t have time to talk to you because he has to clock in or out. Crooks!!!

  My wife has had to remind the employees here that she has insurance every single time she's gone in. And each time they take their time and re-enter her information into their system. As others have said, these people are incredibly inefficient. This wouldn't be the end of the world if they had a modicum of bedside manner, but this cannot be said for anyone I've spoken to at this location.

  Pharmacists was on his phone while I waited in line. One tech made eye contact with me and turned and helped someone who just walked up instead of assisting me. The other gal who I overheard was only there for the day finally helped me after she had finished he phone call and was pleasant and nice. Pretty disappointed in this since doesnt Kings strive on customer service? They should really rethink their pharmacist choice since he didn’t seem to care if I was standing there or not his phone was priority to him.
