- LLLawrenceDec 5, 20252.0I originally joined CorePower Yoga because of the incredibly welcoming and friendly staff at the Ken Caryl location. However, during my last three visits to the Highlands Ranch studio, I was disappointed by the unwelcoming and cold demeanor of both the front desk staff and the instructors. While I would have chalked it up to a one-time occurrence, the lack of warmth was consistent across all three visits. That said, the Ken Caryl location is still amazing. The staff there is friendly, and they create a wonderful sense of community. I’ll continue to attend that studio as much as possible because of the positive experience there. I just hope that the Highlands Ranch location can improve its customer service to match the warmth of Ken Caryl.
