However, since becoming a new mom this place has been life-changing to my mental/ physical health. I started going there consistently when my baby was 6 months old. I am now a member and use the play lounge package. It’s so nice to have someone take care of your baby so you can get a solid 45mins to an hour of workout time!! Not only do they take care of him, but they are so sweet! I definitely feel very comfortable with each provider. The workout is like nothing else, it’s so motivating and feels really good for my postpartum body. I could go on, but if you’ve been wanting to check this place out, stop your pondering. Just sign up! Everyone is friendly and you go at your own pace. :)
