Not only is it an amazing full body workout for any age or stage of life with 🔥 music but it feels like a community. It fills me with confidence and feels so good to get stronger alongside other women (and men!). The instructors at the Highlands Ranch location are all amazing - brimming with positive energy and great queues to help you get the most out of a workout while listening to your body. All of the instructors are amazing but I have to shoutout Lisa Ripa - she is an incredible instructor. Her queueing is helpful and clear, she always has helpful modifications, and she brings calm, positive and encouraging energy to the space…if you can take a strength class with her I would highly recommend. I’ve been taking them throughout my entire 2nd pregnancy and I’ve never felt stronger. Thank you barre3 Highlands Ranch!!
