The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
We made an apointment for 1pm, we got there on time and got checked in before our appointment time, but i stead of seeing us the doctor checked someone else in and took them back at 1pm. We sat in the waiting erea for 30 minutes before he saw us. And he wouldnt give us a discount or anything! Not happy about this at all, horrible service!

I always have issues at this location
They didn't update my insurance information last year, billed the wrong insurance, then turned me away today for a balance owed.
I even updated my insurance in their portal multiple times.
So I got turned away for their clerical error, because I refused to pay and deal with a reimbursement.
I recommend going to any other little clinic location. Ive seen good physicians there but unfortunately the clerical staff is rude and a mess every time.
Also note: I was on Medicaid for the billing I supposedly owe. It's illegal for them to charge me so now I'll be reporting them to the state for insurance fraud.
Don't trust their billing!
Edit:
I don't have the patience to sit on hold to let your team know they're doing something illegal. Fix my account or get reported to the state organizations that manage insurance fraud.

I arrived at this location at least 20 minutes prior to the stated closing time but I was turned away by an employee who was not personable at all (I'm saying this nicely). To me this is ridiculous. If the stated closing time is 7:30, patients should be accepted up until that time. But I guess it was a good thing because I ended up having to go to Care Now over on University, which turned out to be a much better experience (and they will take you in up until their closing time and stay late). It turned out to be a hassle (not the fault of Care Now) because I had to return to the King Soopers where this clinic is located in to pick up my prescription that I got from the other urgent care facility. The pharmacist told me that it was the company policy that they closed exactly at 7:30. As a patient, it doesn't make a difference if it was the employee's decision or if it is company policy. If you say you're open until a certain time, you should accept patients up until that stated time. But like I said it was a good thing that I ended up having to go to another facility. I highly recommend that you drive the extra couple minutes to Care Now where you'll receive much better service and care.

Always had great care here. Providers listen and care. Beats any urgent care or ER for smaller health needs. Make sure you do the new save my spot in line or you might have a long wait time. Especially during cold/flu season. Last time I saw Heather and she was fantastic.
