    They are rude and dismissive and somehow arrogant while also being completely uninformed. I was told that a medication that I need in order to stay out of the emergency room was completely unavailable. I basically begged for help and asked if there is any other pharmacy that might be able to help. They said no just wait one day, two days later I am desperate and angry and find out if I get upset enough they have an extra stash “in case a customer is upset”. So they actually had some the whole time and were just lying. Extremely unethical and disrespectful. I use to go to the location on arapahoe where I never had a problem. I would urge anyone with a serious medication need to go anywhere else.

    This pharmacy always argues with me. Especially when it comes to payment. Multiple times they haven't put in manufacturer codes with insurance and I've had to pay double for meds. One girl told me no they can't do it, wouldn't update it or even try because she was busy. Ended up going to the king soopers pharmacy up the road and they did everything and got my med costs cut down by 75% Which proves this location just has a lazy, uncaring team

    The pharmacy tech was too busy asking what her coworkers were doing for the weekend to check my medications. She gave me another customers medication! I didn’t realize until I was already home. Incredibly unsafe and they didn’t even apologize. I’m never using this pharmacy again.
