The owner, Chris, has created an exceptional studio with the best equipment, sound & stat system and the most amazing team of instructors. The rides provide an overall body workout in a class setting that is upbeat, fun, unique, supportive and sweaty. Huge shout-out to the “early morning crew instructors” Chloe Voiles, Kaitlyn O’Conner, Megan Prater and Mimi Lockwood. These enthusiastic instructors combine strength, rhythm, power, sculpt and performance for a high energy workout that leaves you breathless and wanting to come back for more. I highly recommend trying a free class at this great studio. You’ll be hooked!
