Super convenient right off I-25, with plenty of parking and easy access — perfect for a quick drop-in before or after work. The new studio has such fresh, clean energy — bright, welcoming, and it still carries that signature CorePower warmth. Laura is incredible — thoughtful and energizing. Heather, the Studio Manager, sets such a positive tone for the whole space. You can tell she truly cares about the community and the experience each student has. If you’re looking for a fresh start or a new favorite studio, this one’s definitely worth checking out!

Melissa is a beautiful soul on the inside and out! She allowed a safe space to get back into yoga by offering adjustments and kind words of encouragement. Highly recommend.

They pack a lot of great strength training into only 45 minutes. I love the CSX-CorePower Strength X (Lower Body) taught by Danielle and the CSX-CorePower X (Upper Body) taught by Rose.
