- MLMariah LewisMay 16, 20212.0Made a 10 am appointment to have my daughter get a rapid test. We were there early. Reception wasn't there until after 10, the nurse didn't show up, so reception told us to reschedule for tomorrow or come back in an hour, but they have patients and they could try to fit us in. Go back at 11:30 and then they tell me they don't take Colorado Access (children's medicaid) and I can't pay out of pocket for it. 🙄
- NBNatalie BrookerMay 7, 20191.0I went here the Wednesday after Easter with some problems. They tested me and gave me medication. I then had an allergy to a med so they switched it. Well then they wanted a CBC Panel drawn and I went to get it done they missed my vein on my arm and on my hand.... I passed out. so I left and as we speak im in the ER because the meds they put me on I was resistant to AND THEY KNEW THAT and now my problems have worsened and are SEVERE. don't ever come here 🤦

I learned it goes smoother if you call and ask for a estimated wait time. I have not tried their Save my spot option yet but it sounds nice. I would have given them 5 stars but they are located across from the frozen food section. It can be uncomfortably cool in the winter.
