They ask all the good questions to make sure your experience will be as pleasant as it can be. They were even able to lower her pain immediately and safely. She was a volunteer fire fighter in high school so seeing all the equipment and the fire truck put the biggest smile on her face and took the focus off her worries and anxiety. Seeing her leave with that same big smile made me happy♡♡♡

Had a lengthy consultation and explained my situation and today I had my first service with them and I had a wonderful experience.
