- MDMike DerreraAug 15, 20251.0Went in for a DOT physical and was advised that the fee was not covered by insurance. That is not my issue. My issue is that I paid the stated fee of $110 at the clinic and am now being billed an additional $44 on a bill that I received in the mail.
- AOAlexa OlsonJul 23, 20253.0My experience is very mixed here. The PA’s don’t seem to care much about listening to your symptoms and seem in a rush to get you out. The last time I saw Karen she was fabulous and really helped me, but I saw Becca a few days ago and she was so insensitive. I told her I’m moving in a week and don’t want to feel like this and her response was “well good luck and take some Advil” and she walked out. I am going to see my regular doctor tomorrow due to still having severe symptoms. This place is very convenient but they need to work on bedside manner and being more thorough. UPDATE 8/31 After going to my PCP, I had bronchitis, and my ear drum, which had ruptured a few weeks beforehand, still was not healed. He ended up putting me on antibiotics again and I was better within a few days. If this clinic would have listened to me then I would’ve been better sooner. They also sent my $50 bill to collections after two weeks. I had moved and had my mail forwarded and didn’t get it yet.

I learned it goes smoother if you call and ask for a estimated wait time. I have not tried their Save my spot option yet but it sounds nice. I would have given them 5 stars but they are located across from the frozen food section. It can be uncomfortably cool in the winter.
