- AOAlexa OlsonJul 23, 20253.0My experience is very mixed here. The PA’s don’t seem to care much about listening to your symptoms and seem in a rush to get you out. The last time I saw Karen she was fabulous and really helped me, but I saw Becca a few days ago and she was so insensitive. I told her I’m moving in a week and don’t want to feel like this and her response was “well good luck and take some Advil” and she walked out. I am going to see my regular doctor tomorrow due to still having severe symptoms. This place is very convenient but they need to work on bedside manner and being more thorough. UPDATE 8/31 After going to my PCP, I had bronchitis, and my ear drum, which had ruptured a few weeks beforehand, still was not healed. He ended up putting me on antibiotics again and I was better within a few days. If this clinic would have listened to me then I would’ve been better sooner. They also sent my $50 bill to collections after two weeks. I had moved and had my mail forwarded and didn’t get it yet.
- SHSuzanna HyleDec 7, 20195.0I’m sad to see so many bad reviews. My family has had only positive experiences with the Little Clinic and have been nearly a dozen times for various illnesses. We do have a family Physician, but at times it’s much easier to get right in at the Little Clinic and get our prescriptions in the same facility. I’d highly recommend being seen here as we’ve had nothing but positive, professional experiences. Edit- 2/27/24 We’ve seen Stephanie NP 3 separate times in the last two months for various illnesses and I can’t recommend her, or the Little Clinic enough. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and such an empathetic person (which I’m so grateful for!!) I like always being able to get a same-day appt, helpful front desk staff, cleanliness and above all else, excellent health professionals at The Little Clinic. We still have our family Dr., but I’ve been coming here for the last two years because of ease and being able to pick up my prescription right after an appt. and the excellent care we’ve received. I hope more people will give reviews that reflect their positive experiences here!
