I am wearing the second set of hearing aids from them and they're the neatest thing since sliced bread. There's not many other companies that do the regular follow up appointments like Miracle Ear. These visits help keep the aids in good working order and if there is an issue, it's taken care of right then and there or an appointment is scheduled.
