I expected a wait, so I dropped it off, and figured I waited for the text letting me know it was ready. I dropped off the script at 12:10, and called at 4:30, only to be told it’d be ready by 3 pm the next day. A days wait for a basic antibiotic?!!

When I received the refill I asked again "This is the Ventolin right?" And she said yes. When I got home I found it was the generic which they billed my insurance for. The person I spoke to when I called told me my insurance wouldn't pay for the name brand which is a lie. I check that information before I choose my insurance provider, and confirmed it again yesterday. The pharmacy I usually use doesn't have this problem. No wonder they have a low rating. I will be complaining to whatever State agency regulates pharmacies.
