- JMJoel MartinezMar 5, 20261.0I called to cancel my appointment since they said my insurance wouldn’t be able to cover my appointment and that’s it’s a temporary thing. So I do as one does and cancel it and the girl on the phone could care less she answer with just “hello” but with attitude and then when I explained to her my situation she just said “so are you going to pay for it in cash” and I said no thanks I would like to cancel it and she just gave attitude the whole time. First you’re place is having issue with its networks and my insurance and now you have terrible customer service, pick a struggle. I’m supersized the reviews aren't lower. And it this review gets deleted I’ll just keep commenting it.

The staff made the entire visit smooth, comfortable, and even enjoyable. Haeleigh's kindness and professionalism really stood out, and the rest of the staff matched that same warm, helpful energy. It’s clear this team truly cares about their patients, would absolutely recommend.
