First ever time took me about 3 hours in total with the new donor physical. Today however I am feeling discomfort after being helped by Michelle. As soon as she poked me it felt different than the other times. I told her it was uncomfortable and she expressed that she was probably against the vein wall. After she left I kept feeling a flutter feeling at the injection site and the monitor would say "no flow". After expressing my discomfort Alaiya came and realigned the needle which immediately made a difference. I will most likely ask for a different person if I see Michelle next time. Even if I have to wait.

I have been sitting here over an hour today waiting after answering questions on the kiosk to get consents signed.There is no reason for anyone to spend all day here like this. Not only that but they are open fewer hours, only till 4 on Saturday and closed on Sunday? People work. This place is going downhill. The phlebotomists are friendly and ive rarely had an issue with sticking, but there is no reason for any of this to take all day and the hours reduced.
