This has been my preferred pharmacy for a few years. The staff have gone out of their way many times to rush fills for me when my family is sick and help me through insurance difficulties. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic.

Horrible customer service. Extremely difficult to work with. They are appalling. Go to any other pharmacy.

Rosalie is TERRIBLE. Not sure how she still has a job there. There are multiple complaints about her being rude throughout this review section. She cuts you off mid sentence and hangs up or puts you on hold. The pharmacist here is absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and kind. They need to train old Rosalie how to be kind or send her to retirement.

2 weeks, 3 pharmacy visits, 3 phone calls and to my doctor. Wait time in line approx. 90 min. I gave them notice 10 days before I was out of prescription. Now out of pills for 4 days. Fortunately, this is a an optional medicine. What if it were a life critical medicine?
