The staff here has always been kind- given how busy they are and all the policies they have to adhere to. I moved to the area about a year ago and I have never had any issues with my prescriptions not being ready or poor communication. I do highly suggest utilizing the app to request refills and checking a status of an Rx. The app is SO EASY to use.
