  I had been taking my child here since 2023 and they never had any problems with my child not being vaccinated. They never tried to pressure me into vaccinating her either. I kept going there even when I moved 2 hours away. Two months ago they emailed me saying my child can no longer go there because she’s not vaccinated. More like she can’t have a spot in your practice because she’s doesn’t generate enough money just going to her check up once a year. She’s never sick, she doesn’t have any illnesses or need medication. I think that’s the real reason these doctor’s offices don’t accept unvaccinated children!

  Dr. E. is kind and takes time to listen and address all of our concerns. The office staff is pleasant and is helpful with coordinating care with other providers.

  Dr. Mercer was very kind and competent. However the rest of the experience was horrible. I was sent an email disclosing other patients medical history and names and I was sent a bill 2 years after the date of service and told it was my responsibility to pay and they would not help resolve with my two insurance policies.

  We absolutely love Dino Peds. From the very beginning, they have been nothing short of wonderful. It is always easy to get an appointment, and the staff is kind, efficient, and genuinely caring. The providers are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly answer questions without ever making you feel rushed. As a parent, that reassurance means everything. One thing that has given us tremendous peace of mind is knowing that they only see vaccinated children in the office. Bringing a 4-day-old infant in multiple times before we even had the opportunity to start vaccinations can be nerve-wracking, but their policies made us feel safe and protected during such a vulnerable time. We are so grateful to have found this practice and truly feel our child is in the best hands. Highly recommend to any parents looking for compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care.
